Hilax strives to make the best red light panels and let every customer satisfied, but if something did't go as expected, please don't hesitate to contact us. we offer a full 60-day trial period on all products, beginning on the date the customer receives the item.

1.Return Policy

You may request a return and full refund within the 60-day trial period, with proof of purchase include full name and order number. Returns submitted after the trial period will not be accepted. Please kindly note that products must be returned in original packaging to prevent damage in transit and we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Products returned in damaged or unsellable condition will be refused and returned to the sender.

* Please Kindly note: The shipping cost will not be refunded, if you selected expedited shipping at checkout.

2.Return Shipping Costs

 We'll cover for the return shipping fees,  if you choose to return the items due to quality issues, incorrect items , or damaged packaging.

3.Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 If you receive a product with quality issues, incorrect items, or damaged packaging, please contact us at support@hilaxredlight.com or online within 5-10 days to arrange for an exchange or return. We're very  apologized this and will resolve the problem very quickly.

4How To Start a Return?

* Please contact us at support@hilaxredlight.com , with your order number and reason for return

* We will email you a Return Authorization and the specific steps on how to return.

* Please pack the items in original packaging. If the original shipping box is damaged, kindly use a new box  to ensure a safe return.

* Send the items back to us and your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days once received and approved.

5.Refunds & Incorrect Shipping Address

 * Your refund will be processed within 2-5 business days once received and approved,  and you'll receive an email confirmation once processed.

*Please make sure the delivery details you enter at checkout are correct before clicking proceed, for it's very difficult to make changes once an order has been placed and processed it.

*If you realize the address is incorrect, please contact us at support@hilax.com or online and we'll handle it as soon as possible.

6.Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, with the photo or video proof. To request an exchange for the same item, please email support@hilaxredlight.com.

What does this warranty cover?

The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, we will replace, at no charge, products that prove defective for improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct the problems?

We will replace the products at no charge. For the first 150 days, we'll be responsible for the postage charge (label only) related to your request. After the first 150 days, buyer will be responsible for product shipping charges and related coverage while in transit to us .  Please retain the tracking information for proof of delivery to us.  

What does the warranty not cover?

The warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance, or modification; the warranty does not cover theft or loss of the product.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at support@hilaxredlight.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.  You may be asked to provide proof of any defects, and therefore you should maintain photos and videos of any alleged defects.
