These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hilaxredlight website, including the website, online store, content, products, services, features, and tools available through it (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are operated by Hilaxredlight (“HILAX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Services, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies incorporated into them. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and permitted use
You must be at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence to place an order or create an account, unless permitted by applicable law with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Services to violate any applicable law or regulation, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malware, interfere with the operation or security of the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.
A breach of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services, cancellation of an order, or other action permitted by law.
2. Product information and wellness disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, colors, dimensions, and availability accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your device or display, and product information may change without notice.
HILAX products are designed to support general wellness and personal-care routines. Information on the Services is provided for general educational purposes and is not medical advice. HILAX products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Individual experiences and results may vary, and no particular result is guaranteed.
Our products and website content are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Before use, consult a licensed healthcare professional if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical supervision, taking medication, managing a health condition, or have concerns about light sensitivity or photosensitizing substances. Follow the applicable user manual and product safety instructions at all times. Stop using a product and seek appropriate professional guidance if you experience discomfort or an unexpected reaction.
References on our website to FDA registration, device listing, CE marking, testing, or other standards describe the applicable registration, listing, marking, or testing status. They do not mean that a product is FDA-approved, FDA-cleared, or authorized to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a disease unless expressly stated by the relevant regulator.
3. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we send an order confirmation or otherwise confirm acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order before or after acceptance where permitted by law, including when a product is unavailable, pricing or listing information is materially inaccurate, payment cannot be authorized, fraud is suspected, or an order appears intended for unauthorized resale.
If we cancel or modify an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout. If payment has already been captured for a cancelled order, we will issue an appropriate refund.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by you.
4. Prices, promotions, and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes, duties, and other charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout or handled as required by law.
Promotions, discount codes, bundles, referral offers, and other special offers may have separate eligibility rules, expiration dates, product exclusions, usage limits, or geographic restrictions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers may not be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively to previous orders. We may correct errors, withdraw an offer, or refuse suspected misuse of a promotion.
Payment is processed through the payment methods and payment providers made available at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
5. Shipping and delivery
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Standard U.S. shipping is generally estimated at 2–4 business days, subject to carrier capacity, address verification, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Expedited shipping, when available, may be offered at checkout for an additional fee.
Orders may be shipped through carriers such as FedEx or USPS. Tracking information will generally be sent after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If a package is delayed, lost, damaged, or shows no tracking movement, contact us at support@hilaxredlight.com so we can review the matter with the carrier.

6. Returns, refunds, and warranty
Returns, refunds, trial-period terms, and warranty coverage are governed by our current Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy. The policy may specify eligibility requirements, time limits, return authorization procedures, condition requirements, exclusions, refund timing, and warranty remedies.
Do not send a product back without following the return instructions provided by HILAX. Products returned without authorization, outside the applicable period, or in a condition that does not meet the policy requirements may be refused or may receive a reduced refund where permitted by law.
7. Accounts and security
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining accurate information and protecting your login credentials. You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe that the account is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
The Services and their contents, including the HILAX name, logos, trademarks, product names, designs, text, photographs, graphics, videos, layouts, software, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to HILAX and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any portion of the Services without our prior written permission.
9. Reviews, comments, and submissions
If you submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial, comment, suggestion, question, or other material to HILAX or through the Services (“User Content”), you represent that you own or control the necessary rights and that the User Content does not violate any law or third-party right.
You grant HILAX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, adapt, edit, translate, publish, display, distribute, and use your User Content in connection with the Services, HILAX marketing, and HILAX’s business, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. You understand that we are not required to keep User Content confidential, pay compensation for it, or publish it.
We may remove or decline to publish User Content that we believe is unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, obscene, infringing, unsafe, unrelated to the product, or otherwise inappropriate. HILAX does not endorse every statement made by a user, reviewer, affiliate, or other contributor.
10. Third-party services and links
The Services may use or link to third-party websites, apps, payment providers, shipping carriers, analytics providers, social-media services, or other tools. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. HILAX does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services, except as required by applicable law.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in connection with the Services. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding personal-information practices, the Privacy Policy controls for those practices.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and all content, products, and features made available through the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. HILAX disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions not expressly stated in these Terms, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and accuracy.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, secure, error-free, current, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited in your jurisdiction.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HILAX and its officers, employees, affiliates, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, products, or these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HILAX’s total liability for claims arising out of or related to the Services, products, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to HILAX for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability that applicable law requires to remain available to consumers.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HILAX and its officers, employees, affiliates, service providers, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, violation of applicable law, or violation of another person’s rights.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [insert the applicable state and country], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent consumer-protection laws in your place of residence apply mandatorily.
Before starting a formal proceeding, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute by contacting support@hilaxredlight.com with a description of the issue and the requested resolution. Nothing in this section limits a consumer’s right to bring a claim before a court or agency where that right cannot lawfully be waived.
Important: HILAX should insert its correct legal entity, governing-law jurisdiction, and any required dispute-resolution language before publishing this section.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes apply from the effective date shown on the updated page, unless applicable law requires another notice or effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes to the extent permitted by law.
17. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
These Terms, together with the policies and documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and HILAX regarding your use of the Services, except where a written agreement or mandatory law provides otherwise.
